✎ 烹飪方法/ Instructions

1.雞腿去骨去皮切成小塊，辣椒去籽切碎，洋葱切絲

2.出汁（昆布柴魚高湯），味淋，淡口醬油，清酒和白砂糖，混合成親子丼料汁

3.用葱油爆香洋葱，加入料汁，開鍋後煮1分鐘

4.加入雞肉，單面變色後翻面，然後蓋蓋煮1分鐘

5.加入一半的蛋液，劃散，讓他鋪滿整個鍋子，蓋蓋煮30秒

6.加入另外一半蛋液，撒上辣椒碎

7.蛋液半凝固的時候起鍋，將雞蛋雞肉淋在香噴噴的大米飯上即可
